This notice describes the information collected by the Opebix marketing website. The authenticated Opebix application and customer agreements are separate.

Information you choose to share

When you request a demo or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, company size, industry and your consent to be contacted. Your phone number and message are optional. Please do not include sensitive information in your message.

How your enquiry is used

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements and arrange a product demonstration. An enquiry does not sign you up to a paid service or a marketing mailing list.

Delivery and spam prevention

Enquiries are sent to our team by email using Resend. Resend processes the contact details and message you submit to deliver the email. The website confirms submission after the email service accepts the request. Hosting and security services process technical information needed to deliver the website and protect the form.

Opebix is part of Pera Group. This notice covers enquiries through this website; it does not describe the processing of business data inside an Opebix customer workspace.
